These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Full Cover Wheels website and the contractual relationship between the customer and the seller.

Full Cover Wheels offers wheel covers, mounting components and related products for vehicle wheels.

Certain products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the configuration selected by the customer, including parameters such as wheel type, wheel size, finish, protection and other available options.

Product images, visualizations and illustrations on the website are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in appearance, colour, surface finish or other visual characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, display settings or other technical factors.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product configuration before placing an order.

Depending on the selected product, the configuration may include wheel type, wheel size, finish, protective options and other specifications displayed in the configurator.

Customers should carefully verify all selected specifications before submitting their order. The configuration shown in the order summary forms part of the order.

Products are ordered through the Full Cover Wheels online store. Before submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the selected products, configuration, quantity, price and delivery information.

Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is submitted, we may send an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by us in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before production begins where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing error, technical error, unavailable materials, an impossible product configuration or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment already received for an order cancelled by us will be refunded.

The applicable price is the price displayed during the ordering process for the selected product and configuration.

Prices may vary depending on product type, size, finish, protection and other selected options.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted, where applicable.

For deliveries outside the European Union or other applicable customs territory, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

All orders must be paid in advance using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Cash payment, cash on delivery and payment upon personal collection are not available.

Production or preparation of the ordered products may begin only after successful payment has been received or confirmed.

If payment is not successfully completed, the order may not be processed.

Full Cover Wheels products may be manufactured, finished or otherwise prepared specifically according to the customer's selected specifications.

Once production of a customized product has started, changes to the configuration may no longer be possible.

Customers are therefore responsible for checking their order and configuration carefully before completing the purchase.

Consumers purchasing online may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period provided by applicable consumer law.

However, this right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods.

Where a Full Cover Wheels product is manufactured or prepared according to the customer's individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may therefore be excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract.

All orders are delivered using available shipping or logistics services. Personal collection is not available.

Available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production requirements, carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Customers should inspect the shipment and products after delivery and notify us without undue delay if the package or product appears to have been damaged during transport.

Where possible, visible transport damage should also be documented with photographs and reported to the carrier.

Products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions and information provided by Full Cover Wheels.

Before driving, the customer must ensure that all installed components are correctly fitted, securely attached and do not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle or wheel.

Products must not be used if they are damaged, incorrectly installed, loose or otherwise appear unsafe.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected product and its use comply with any vehicle-specific requirements and applicable local laws or regulations.

Customers retain all mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

If you believe that a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your confirmed order, please contact us and provide sufficient information to identify the order and the reported issue.

We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation necessary to assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.

Statutory rights are not affected by any additional commercial warranty that may be offered by Full Cover Wheels.

Where a product has been manufactured according to the configuration submitted by the customer, an incorrect selection made by the customer does not by itself constitute a product defect.

This includes, for example, selecting an incorrect wheel type, wheel size or other specification where the product supplied corresponds to the confirmed order.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or our responsibility where incorrect information or a defective product was provided by us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, use of an unsuitable product configuration or continued use of a visibly damaged or improperly secured product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

The Full Cover Wheels website and its content, including branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, text and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where applicable.

Website content may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through the Full Cover Wheels online store are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to customers in their country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections granted to you by the law that would otherwise apply.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
