Designed to perform. Built within tested limits.
Everything you need to know about wheel compatibility, tested operating conditions, installation requirements and the benefits of Full Cover Wheels.
Tested up to
130 km/h.
Full Cover Wheels are tested at speeds up to 130 km/h (81 mph). This represents the maximum speed within our current validated operating conditions.
Operation above 130 km/h is outside the tested operating range and is not recommended.
The tyre is part
of the system.
A tyre profile of at least 55 is required for the current Full Cover Wheels system.
The tyre helps absorb impacts caused by potholes, uneven roads and other surface imperfections. Lower profile tyres provide less impact absorption and are outside our current tested operating conditions.
Your wheel shape matters.
The outer rim edge should be the outermost point of the wheel. Wheels with spokes or centre sections that protrude beyond the outer rim edge are not compatible with the current Full Cover Wheels system.
Recessed wheel face
The spokes and centre section remain behind the outer rim edge, allowing the cover to sit in its intended position.
Protruding wheel face
Spokes or the centre section extend beyond the outer rim edge. This can prevent the cover from sitting correctly and may create an unwanted gap between the wheel and the cover.
Bigger isn't always better.
As wheel diameter increases, the cover becomes larger and heavier. Additional mass increases the forces acting on the mounting system during impacts, potholes and sudden wheel movement.
For this reason, our current production range is intentionally limited to wheel sizes from 15 to 19 inches.
More than a new look.
Full Cover Wheels are designed to create a cleaner wheel surface while adding an additional layer between your wheels and the road environment.
Improved efficiency
A smoother wheel surface may reduce aerodynamic drag around the wheels. Actual results vary by vehicle, wheel design, speed and driving conditions.
Wheel protection
Helps shield the wheel surface from small stones, road debris, dirt and everyday scratches.
Brake protection
Reduces direct exposure of brake components to road spray, dirt and winter road salt.
Valve protection
The wheel cover provides additional shielding around the valve area.
Winter protection
Helps reduce direct exposure of the wheel to salt, grime and winter road contamination.
Simple installation
Designed for straightforward installation and removal without changing the original wheel.
* Potential efficiency improvement depends on vehicle, wheel design, speed, weather, road conditions, tyre pressure and driving style. Individual results may vary.
Before you drive.
Always verify that every cover is correctly secured before driving.
After hitting a pothole, kerb or other significant road obstacle, stop safely and inspect the cover and mounting system.
Do not continue using the product if any part of the cover or mounting system is damaged, loose or incorrectly positioned.
Use the product only with compatible wheels, supported tyre profiles and within the tested operating range described in this guide.
